Did you know that all jobs are impacted by information technology? Network systems and data communications analysts are the second fastest-growing occupation projected by 2012. Employment is projected to rise 57 percent and there are expected to be more than 292,000 jobs available.

Students will be using the latest computer equipment and software available in the market, culminating in opportunities for various national and global IT certifications such as IC3, MOS, CCNA, and Network+. All students will participate in the Cisco Networking Academy and IT Essentials. Working with professionals, in labs, and on case studies, students will prepare for college and/or have the skills for competitive positions in computer support and operations, networking and software development fields.

Among the topics covered are troubleshooting hardware and software problems, networking and computer programming, multimedia, Web design, database management, spreadsheet software, Ethernet technologies, routing fundamentals, and more.
