What BHR has done for you

BHR has done so much for me. They taught me I can be and do anything in the world. They taught me how to survive difficult and stressful conditions and make the best of it and I thank them so much for it.

Why you came to BHR instead of your local high school

I choose BHR rather than a local high school because BHR was a vocational school and I saw that it would prepare me for the career path that I want to go into.

A quotation that inspires you, or that you live by

“If you can just get it started, God Will Do The Rest”- William Marrion Brahman. This is the quote that inspires me because in anything I do I always put God first and ever since then blessings have been flowing my way.

My favorite book would be “The Glass Castle” by Jeannette Walls

Best advice you ever received from a teacher/parent/family member/friend

The best advice I ever received would be from my parents and they always told me always set a vision and never lose it because great opportunities will come.

Advice that you would give to a grade 8 student applying to BHR

I would tell an 8th grader to stay focused on your goals and don’t get distracted along the way.

Ms. Varraso

Who is your hero?

The three men that affected my life (Br. Edmond Raphino, Br. William Brahman and Br. Earl Martin)

Most memorable moment at BHR

The most memorable moment would be being featured on Channel 7 for the first time and representing the school.
