Biographical statement
My family consists of me, my twin brother, and my mom. We live in Dedham and have three pets - a dog and two cats. I used to play both basketball and baseball. I am part of the National Honor Society, so I do some community service in relation to that. I work at a supermarket in Dedham part-time.

Career goals
My career goals are to go to college for Materials Engineering at UMass Dartmouth, all while being in the U.S. Army Reserves. I then eventually plan on going to MIT for a Master's program in Materials Engineering.

What BHR has done for you
Blue Hills has given me the skills, opportunities, and understanding I need in order to follow through with my future plans.

Why you came to BHR instead of going to your local high school
I came to Blue Hills instead of Dedham High because I wanted to do something different and something better than a typical education.

A quotation that inspires you or that you live by
A quote that I admire is "Good men mean well, we just don't always end up doing well."

Your favorite book or movie
One of my favorite books would have to be the complete and uncut edition of Stephen King's "The Stand." One of my favorite movies would have to be "Pacific Rim."

Best advice you ever received from a teacher/parent/family member/friend
Best advice received from a teacher would have to be "Don't be sorry, be correct."

Advice you would give to a grade 8 student applying to BHR
Advice I would give to an incoming 8th grader would be to be prepared, make sure you are ready for school life that is half academic and half real-world experience.

Teacher or faculty member at BHR who has helped or inspired you the most
Mr. Gregory Bouffard is one of the teachers who has helped and inspired me the most at Blue Hills. He is just an all- around great teacher and great at what he does.

Who is your hero
I don't really have a hero, only the everyday people around me.

Most memorable moment at BHR
One of my most memorable moments at Blue Hills in very recent times was to see the smoker that my three friends and I have been working on since the beginning of this year in use and working as it should.
