Parent Teacher Conferences

Dear Parents/Guardians:
The second week in October marks the halfway point of Term 1. To help you check on your student’s academic progress, we have scheduled afternoon and evening Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, October 22 and Wednesday, October 28.
To accommodate all families, we are offering two conference options:
- Virtual Afternoon Conferences (12:30 PM – 2:30 PM): Held via Google Meet. Please register in advance at com/BHR.
- In-Person Evening Conferences (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Traditional walk-in format on a first-come, first-served basis. No pre-registration is needed. Maps, teacher locations, and student schedules will be available upon arrival.
Conference Times
(Please note: conference times are organized by grade-level)
Grades 9 and 11
Thursday, October 22, 2026
- 12:30PM to 2:30PM: Virtual Conferences (via Google Meet; registration required through MyConferenceTime.com/BHR)
- 6:00PM to 8:00PM: In-person Conferences (no registration needed)
Grades 10 and 12
Wednesday, October 28, 2026
- 12:30PM to 2:30PM: Virtual Conferences (via Google Meet; registration required through MyConferenceTime.com/BHR)
- 6:00PM to 8:00PM: In-Person Conferences (no registration needed)
Teacher Availability
- Academic Teachers: Available during all four conference sessions.
- Vocational Teachers: Available during both online afternoon sessions (Oct 22 & Oct 28) and the evening session on October 28. Please note: Vocational teachers will not be available on the evening of October 22.
Meeting with Vocational Teachers (Grades 9 & 11)
If you would like to meet with your student's vocational teacher, please choose one of the following options:
- Attend the evening conference on October 28.
- Contact the teacher directly to schedule an appointment between 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM on October 22.

Conference Guidelines
Time Limit: Teachers and counselors look forward to meeting with you. To ensure all parents have an opportunity to speak with teachers, individual visits are limited to 5 minutes.
Extended Meetings: If you need additional time, please contact the Guidance Department to schedule a separate appointment.
