This is the second exploratory week for freshmen. Students are ready to learn and really enjoy the hands-on learning in the vocational programs. Spooky luminaries were made in Metal Fabrication. Jewelry boxes and bird houses were being made in Construction Technology. Students were installing a light switch in Electrical, soldering in Electronics, oil changes in Auto Repair, going out to nursing homes in Health Service and so much more!
Mid-term is tonight. Progress Reports for Term 1 should be published on Aspen X2 on Friday, October 9, 2015.
Parent Teacher Conferences:
· 12:30-2:30 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM :
· Thursday, October 22 for grades 9 & 11: Please note: Vocational Instructors will not be available from 6:00-8:00 PM on this evening.
· Thursday, October 29 for grades 10 & 12
Student fees are due every year. Student fees are $45.00 for all students this year. Please sign up at www.myschoolbucks.com. Fees must be paid in order for students to participate in sports activities, and graduation.
Please turn in your forms to Student Affairs for the following: Health Office Annual Survey, Home Language Survey, Military Information, Media Permission Release, Military Families Compact, and Parking Permit Application. Please see our website for more information.
